Abstract High-speed bearing rotation is required to make electric vehicle drive motors more efficient, smaller, and lighter. We have developed a resin cage with a novel shape that offers excellent centrifugal force resistance and lubrication performance, and that dramatically improved the high-speed performance of grease-lubricated bearings, achieving a dmn value of 1.85 million.
