  • Torque is distributed optimally to the front and rear wheels based on driving and road conditions.
  • A compact, lightweight drivetrain is enabled by control of maximum torque transmission.
  • Through the use of an electromagnetic clutch, the product is made more compact, lightweight, and easy to install on the vehicle.
  • The product easily conforms to ABS and vehicle behavior control systems.

Electronically Controlled Rotary Blade Coupling(E-RBC)

Compact 4WD couplings for RVs that allow the driver to choose freely between Standby 4WD and Rigid 4WD.

 

Outline
  • This is a compact 4WD coupling for recreational vehicles with which the driver can select between Standby 4WD and Rigid 4WD.
  • In the AUTO mode, the performance normally is Standby 4WD, and when a strong drive force is necessitated by bad roads, etc., with a single flip of a switch the driver can instantly change from Standby 4WD to Rigid 4WD, even during driving.

Rotary Blade Coupling(RBC)

  • This product stabilizes driving by automatically distributing the proper torque to the rear wheels based on differential rotational speed.
  • Through the extensive use of aluminum, weight is reduced, unbalance reduced, and vehicle quietness improved.
  • Through the use of nonsymmetrical blades, deceleration torque can be set smaller than acceleration torque, and adaption to 4WD and ABS is made easy.
