Support for earthquake damage in Morocco

We express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake that struck Morocco on September 8, 2023, and our heartelt sympathy to those in the affected areas.

In 2017, JTEKT established "JTEKT AUTOMOTIVE MOROCCO S.A.S." in Tangier, Morocco, and thanks to the cooperation of the Moroccan government and many others, we have been manufacturing and selling electric power steering systems.

JTEKT Group, together with "JTEKT EUROPE S.A.S." have decided to donate 2 million yen to the Japan Red Cross Society, which provides emergency support for the enormous damage caused by the earthquake.

We express my respect and gratitude to those involved in relief activities in the affected areas, and sincerely pray for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.
