Vacuum Furnace

Applications including hardening, brazing and annealing are
available in a vacuum environment. The furnace can be
flexibly configured in accordance with the work, e.g.,
pressurized gas cooling or oil cooling, or gas/oil convertible
cooling.

• Gas cooling or oil cooling, or gas/oil convertible cooling are available
• 1-direction cooling or vertical direction, or circumferential cooling are available
• Rapid heat-up by convective heating
• Long-life graphite rod heaters are used

Vacuum Purge Furnace

This full muffle furnace is externally heated by
Moldatherm^® heaters, our original vacuum-molded heater.
It is practical for vast applications including degreasing
fine ceramics and baking electronic components.

• The combination of Moldatherm^® heaters and metallic muffles enable use with
  　 atmospheres and products that adversely impact furnace materials.
• Moldatherm^® heaters shorten heat-up time, reduce radiated heat loss, enable
  　 equipment downsizing and, owing to their modular construction, facilitate

Vacuum Sintering Furnace

Built with carbon inner muffles, this furnace can both degrease
and sinter products. Well suited for sintering super-hard metals,
stainless steel and ceramics

• Inner muffles made of carbon keeps heating chamber clean
• Treatments in vacuum, gas and pressurized(0.98MPa) atmosphere are supported
• MAX. operating temp. 2300℃
