Mesh Belt Type Brazing Furnace

A compact furnace shell with less heat storage is
realized by the use of an SiC heater and
Moldatherm^®, our original vacuum-molded heat
insulating material.

Burn-off technologies accumulated for years and
temperature control enable highly accurate
degreasing and debinding.

　

• The burn-off chamber is a direct fired heating style using a direct fired burner.
  　 Dewaxing is promoted by an oxidizing atmosphere.
• For the heating chamber, a structure combining a Moldatherm heater and
  　 a muffle along with a muffle-less structure are lined up.
• The furnace constructed without muffle requires low maintenance costs and
  　 stably run for a long time
