JTEKT's Mission：

Our company name JTEKT consists of J + TEKT. J is from the initial letters of Joint and Joy, and TEKT is from a Greek word TEKTON which means a person skilled in technology. Our Mission reflects on such meanings behind our name, and it shows the reason for our existence.

Since the era of our predecessors, Toyoda Machine works and Koyo Seiko, JTEKT has developed numerous technologies and has been connecting them with other technologies, people, and eras thereby creating more beneficial products for society.

We believe that our continuous contributions to society, especially those who work hard for people, will lead to create a joyful and smiling community and a rich natural environment, and that is what we exist for.

JTEKT GROUP 2030　Vision：

In August 2024, JTEKT announced the JTEKT Group 2030 Vision as part of the launch of our second mid-term management plan, outlining our goals through 2030.

JTEKT aims to leverage its accumulated manufacturing technologies and expertise to create a new mobility society where people, goods, and information can move freely, enhancing mobility experiences. JTEKT also seeks to provide solutions to social issues that hinder this vision.
