JTEKT Corporation to Feature Its Latest Mobility Technologies for the Autonomous Driving Markets at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS).

Under the theme, ‘Engineering in Motion’, JTEKT Corporation will be exhibiting its full offering of steering systems, driveline components, and bearing solutions in the Automobili-D Hall at NAIAS. With a special emphasis on the autonomous driving markets, JTEKT innovations such as their recently developed Lithium Ion Capacitor, that can operate in extremely high temperatures will be featured along with JTEKT’s new ‘Hands-On / Hands-Off’ steering technology. Some of JTEKT’s latest technology will be displayed in a full-size Lexus LC500 cutaway featuring a Rack Parallel (RP) Electric Power Steering System, Torsen Type-B Differential, and JTEKT’s Koyo brand of Gen-3 Wheel Hub Units, transmission bearings, and assorted other automotive bearings.
