JTEKT Started providing bearing data to MESYS

JTEKT Corporation (hereinafter JTEKT) has begun providing its KOYO bearing database to MESYS, a company that develops engineering calculation software for machine designers.

This makes it easy to model various types of Koyo bearings in the software provided by MESYS.

MESYS AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, is a developer of technical calculation software for machine designers, especially for bearings, shafts and gears, and MESYS software is used in 25 countries around the world, including Japan.

When the MESYS user selects the bearing number of a KOYO bearing from the database in the software, the boundary dimensions and load ratings of the bearing are automatically set and calculations can be made.
This means that you no longer have to refer to bearing catalogues to enter values, which would have been the case in the past, allowing for more efficient technical investigations.

The data provided here are for the main bearing types listed in the Ball & Roller Bearings Catalogue.

In the latest version of MESYS, by selecting "KOYO" on the bearing database setting screen and selecting the bearing number of the bearing to be calculated, the boundary dimensions and various load ratings are automatically set.

The KOYO bearing database is also incorporated in the technical calculation software Romax Nexus (provided by Romax Technology) and KISSsoft (provided by KISSsoft), which allow the technical study of KOYO bearings in the same way as MESYS.
