Announcement of Newly Established Mission, Vision, Value

JTEKT Corporation (headquarters: Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture, President: Yoshihito Kondo, hereinafter referred to as "JTEKT") announces the Mission, Vision, Value (MVV) as the core ideas for corporate management and business operations. This MVV has been finalized last autumn and the company has been promoting internal understanding of these concepts within the company, and has now announced their details.

Definitions of MVV

MVV refers to the three key elements for corporate management, which shows the direction and culture of the company.
　Mission ： The core purpose of the company, for what the company exists
　Vision　： The long-term goal of the company to achieve developments and changes
　Value　 ： The shared principles and beliefs for every individual of the company

Future prospects

Based on its Mission："Joint Technology to bring joy to the planet earth and all working people," JTEKT has proposed JTEKT Group 2030 Vision: "A solution provider creating the future of mobility society through Monozukuri and Monozukuri equipment" as its target to be achieved by 2030.
To achieve this goal, JTEKT has been promoting the use of "Core Competence Platform" where individual's technological abilities and expertise are assimilated in one place. Additionally, in January 2025, JTEKT newly established "Solution Co-Creation Center" which utilizes the core competences to provide various solutions for both internal and societal challenges.
With these two new activities and the company's shared Value:"Yes for All, by All!", JTEKT is advancing its transformation into a solution provider.
