| Abstract | Material analysis technology has become a core technology indispensable not only for R&D and product development but also for securing product quality. This report describes the roles and organizational positioning of material analysis technology in JTEKT and provides examples of element/compound composition analysis and nano-configuration measurement in the field of surface analysis as well as examples of visualization and identifi cation of organic structure in the fi eld of organic analysis. |
