| Abstract | In the manufacturing industry, continuously finding and solving problems is a vital part of increasing productivity. We developed Skill-Up Navi, a system to support such improvement activities at workplace. This system can be used to record and share problems found on the shop floor along with their solutions. Using this system, individual experiences can be accumulated as organizational knowledge. It also provides a space where team members can share issues and collaboratively explore solutions, creating an environment that supports ongoing efforts for improvement. Skill-Up Navi was created based on user feedback and refined through repeated trial and error. It has been developed into a service that connects individual knowledge with actual improvement activities, reflecting workplace needs. |
