Use of HR Data in Management

As part of our human capital management initiatives, we are working to visualize and effectively utilize our human resources and to integrate various HR policies.

As part of our efforts, we have redefined our HR system and migrated to an integrated HR system based on the basic design concepts of "introduction of KPI dashboard and human capital portfolio" and "seamless linkage of each module function in the HR area through system integration.

In the integrated HR system, the KPI dashboard function allows the head of each department to check the current status of the organization in a dashboard format, and furthermore, by drilling down, the status can be viewed by affiliation, position, etc., which is useful for organizational management.

In addition, by utilizing the Talent Board function, tables and graphs can be created based on personnel information and career self-reports, and are mainly used as a tools for visualization and analysis of career declaration information to support the optimal allocation of human resources.

Furthermore, as part of our effort to foster a workplace that continuously embraces new challenges, we are developing a system that leverages real-time data to support ongoing improvement. By visualizing the status of organizations through survey results and encouraging open dialogue within each department, we aim to help managers and their members better understand their current condition and collaboratively identify meaningful actions for positive change.
