Abstract Conventionally, the grinding of large workpieces has required a signifi cant amount of manual operation. Now, JTEKT has developed a super-large vertical grinding machine that enables high-precision, fully-automatic grinding of large workpieces, from centering to fi nal dimensional finishing.
